Daal bati churma

A way of life
a necessity
Some eat to live
to survive
Some live to eat
to thrive

And when you have Daal Bati churma at your vicinity then doesn't matter if you live to eat or eat to live, you will undoubtedly drool and run towards it like a lost baby in a kumbh fair who suddenly found her mother, you are guaranteed to have misty happy eyes and divine mood. Yes, that's the magic of Daal batti churma dripping with ghee.

Wondering how am I so sure, well let's just say I am not the only one who have behaved like that. Daal Bati Churma is one of my most favourite meals, it smell takes me to a place where there is no hatred, no stress, no negativity but a sacred lush green calming meadow filled with immense love, home, it takes me to home. Bati is served after crushing and soaking in pure delicious Ghee with daal. It's a scrumptious dish to win hearts and even wars I believe as after sharing this divine Earthy meal no one can stay enemies for long. Where Bati and Daal has a killer spicy flavour to burn the tongues in most pleasing way, Churma is meant to sooth the spice with it's succulent sweetness.

So remember when In doubt, just go for Daal bati Churma, you can never go wrong with it, and if you are trying to impress your guests with Indian tradition food then don't forget to enhance it's taste with a good presentation for which you can choose a breath taking beautiful dinnerware/cookware/glassware range of Borosil.
