Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
1.Grab your current read
2.Open to a random page
3.Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
4.BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
5.Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Here's my teaser:
“You had me tied in knots. You saved Belen's life, and I wanted to kill and thank you all at the same time. And during those nights when we didn't know if you'd live or die, I went from being angry, to worried to frustrated to scared all within a single heartbeat. If you had die, I would have killed you.” “You know that doesn’t make sense, right?”― Maria V. Snyder, Scent of Magic
Scent of Magic is the second book in the HEALER series by Maria V. Snyder.
I am loving it , What is your teaser this week... I'd love to know. :)
I do something like this in my classroom. I will photocopy out two pages of a novel and have the students read it and answer questions. I always put the book details on the bottom of the page for students who want to read on. A surprising number do!
